The Bail Association of Connecticut seeks to help self regulate the bail bond industry in partnership with the State of Connecticut.

President: Andrew Marocchini

Andrew holds an Associates Degree in Science and has been in the bail industry since 1999. He hold licenses as a Professional bondsman, a Surety bondsman, and as a Bail Enforcement Agent. He is an active competitor in many shooting sports. Additionally, he is a Law Enforcement level firearms instructor, gold card instructor, PATH & OCAT instructor, NRA instructor, and an instructor for the Connecticut Surety Bondsman Course. Andrew has been the president of BailCo Bail Bonds since 2003, and vice-president of CT Bail Academy since 2007. Andrew is also a past president of the Bail Association of Connecticut.

Drew has been involved in the Bail Bond industry for 19 years as both a BEA agent and Bondsman. He is a partner and owner of 3-D Bail Bonds, INC., DAD's Bail Bonds, and Fugitive Recovery Agency, Inc. He has been a member of the Professional Bail Agents of the United States (PBUS) since 2000. Drew is a NRA instructor, MOAB instructor,

Vise-President: Daniel Toner

Dan has been in the Bail Bonds industry for 20 years. He is partner and owner of 3-D Bail Bonds, Inc., DAD's Bail Bonds, and Fugitive Recover Agency, Inc. He has been a member of the Professional Bail Agents of the United States (PBUS) since 2000. Dan is a member of The Alternative Board (TAB) and brings executive experience to our board.
